Order Information: Order details, including products purchased and total weight, to process shipments and compliance documentation.

Provide the app's core features, including carrier-calculated shipping rates.
Process and sync order data for export and compliance management.
Communicate with you regarding your shop's activation status or technical issues.

Carrier Partners: We share shipping details with carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS) to obtain rates and fulfill shipments.
Ecomplify Admin System: Data is synced with our internal management system for review and activation by our administrators.

Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes. If you uninstall the app, we will delete your store's data from our active databases within 48 hours, unless required to keep it for legal reasons.
